Tips To Help You Get Some Real Privacy In This Life.

If you have finally gotten yourself onto the property ladder then you are to be congratulated for that because now you have your very first home that you can really call your own. This is incredibly good news, but it is my job to tell you that your expectations may be really high when it comes to the amount of privacy that you feel you are entitled to. Now that you have your new house, your expectation is probably that your neighbours will keep to themselves because you now live in a detached property and there is reasonable amount of space that separates you from your neighbours. The unfortunate thing is that privacy is hard to get nowadays and even though your neighbours don’t mean to do it, you’ll often find them looking out their window into yours.

This can be incredibly frustrating and now that you have neighbours, you need to be careful with regards to the sound levels within your home and if you’re the type of person who likes to play the music loud, then you may have to turn down the volume because your neighbours will complain. You could invest in some ceiling sound insulation (known as ฉนวนกันเสียงเพดาน in Thai) to keep all of the sounds in your home and to keep all of the sounds coming from outside out there where they should be. The following are just some other ways to help you get some real privacy in your life.

  • Put up a fence – If your garden currently does not have any visible boundary then it might be a good idea to direct a fence around your front and back garden. It gives your neighbours are clear indication that you value your privacy and that you don’t appreciate them inviting themselves around just because they live close to you. A fence will also help to set out where their property ends and yours begins.
  • Buying some potted plants – These are a fantastic way to get you some much needed privacy and the wonderful thing about these large pots is that they can be moved around quite easily and so you can position them in places where you want to be able to spend some time to yourself without your neighbours looking at you and wondering what you’re doing.

With a little bit of out-of-the-box thinking and a little bit of cash, you can certainly do simple things like the above to provide you and your family with the privacy that you crave for.
